This second set of photos paints a different picture. Not only are the breasts larger, but they appear to be misshapen and misaligned. Other cosmetic surgery blogs suggest that these pics indicate Simpson may have capsular contracture which occurs when the scar tissue or capsule that normally forms around the implant tightens and squeezes the implant.
