American Idol finalist Kellie Pickler revisited the Fox show on Thursday with a new look to go along with her new album, Small Town Girl. When the Idol favorite Pickler returned to the stage as a special guest performer her breasts were noticeably bigger! They were so obvious in fact, that when Pickler told host Ryan Seacrest she’s been spending a lot of her newly earned money on shoes, he quipped: “Just shoes?”
