The video starts with a few case studies of breast implants that have defects, drooping, scarring, nipple imperfections, and other problems.  Dr Di Saia lists out the problems in each case, proposed solution, and shows before & after pictures for each of the procedures.

The video ends with some “truths” from Dr Di Saia:

• Breast implants do not lift droopy breasts.  They need breast lift surgery.
• Not all patients and breasts look good with implants.  Some patients look better with small breast implants or none at all.

This last point from the Dr is significant and important for potential patients to remember.  If a cosmetic surgeon has your best interest in mind they will give you the correct recommendation whether or not they get a new client.  If the surgeon is simply worried about bringing in new business they’ll try to sell you the implants and possibly even other procedures.  A good surgeon will tell you the truth regardless of their personal financial gain.
