If the pics above are any indication as to whether Halle Berry’s really had a breast augmentation we think the proof is in the pudding..as they say. But Halle has repeatedly denied the claims that her breasts aren’t real.

She was quoted as saying, “I’m not big on plastic surgery but I don’t fault it for someone who wants it,” she said. “You have to do what makes you feel good, but it’s not my thing.”

Halle Berry opened up to Reader’s Digest in their April 2007 issue, claiming she hasn’t had cosmetic surgery. But “never say never,” Berry said. Below are a few excerpts from the Reader’s Digest interview:

Did Jessica Simpson get a boob job?

There are countless articles asking the question, yet the popular blonde bombshell has never publicly admitted to having the procedure. She was quoted saying, “Mine are definitely real. At school, my boobs were bigger than all my friends and I was afraid to show them. Now, I feel they make my outfits look better. They’re like an accessory.”
Comparing against recent photos, they appear firmer and larger. Maybe it’s a new push up bra, but that would have tob be one extreme miracle bra.

So much speculation surrounding two breasts. Countless blogs and news sites have articles discussing Lindsey Lohan’s supposed breast augmentation. Did she? Didn’t she? If the before & after pictures above are any indication it sure seems like she had a procedure. But she denies it. In GQ magazine interview quote she insists her breasts are real: “I like my body and my breasts. And no, they’re not fake.”

American Idol finalist Kellie Pickler revisited the Fox show on Thursday with a new look to go along with her new album, Small Town Girl. When the Idol favorite Pickler returned to the stage as a special guest performer her breasts were noticeably bigger! They were so obvious in fact, that when Pickler told host Ryan Seacrest she’s been spending a lot of her newly earned money on shoes, he quipped: “Just shoes?”

Not sure if it’s true? Check out the before & after pics of Kellie Pickler’s boob job above. Not sure if a push up bra could provide those results.

Known also as “Posh Spice”, a nickname from her days as a member of the Spice Girls, Victoria Beckham has been in many discussions about her breast augmentation. In the past she had repeatedly and emphatically denied having a boob job…despite constant speculation. Now apparently the truth is coming out.

The bombshell admission comes in a document before the hearing of the libel case she and hubby David are bringing.

In a court file, obtained by The People, where Posh is referred to as the “Second Claimant”, it is accepted… “That the Second Claimant had in fact undergone breast enhancement surgery and had lied about it on the Tabloid Tales television programme.”

I came across an article at KATV.com, an Arkansas media affiliate, which discussed the recent increase in breast augmentation procedures among teenages across the US.  Their site states “The number of teen breast implant surgeries nationwide has tripled in the past decade and doctors say the trend is evident right here in Arkansas.  It may seem like some of your teen’s favorite actresses and musicians. Even idols are suddenly bigger than ever before.”

Breast implants are common place in today’s landscape.  They are accepted by society and the costs have reached an attainable level for almost all consumers.

Can I breast feed after my breast augmentation?

Alot of women are concerned and there are many myths. The answer to this ever important question is, yes, absolutely! It is possible with a peri-areolar technique that the milk ducts may be blocked, but this can be resolved surgically.

Will my implants feel like natural breasts?

Plasticized.com reports of a new Titanium Mesh bra developed by Ziya Saylan, a Turkish physician.  The mesh bra is inserted under the skin to create a sling that then suspends a droopy breast. The titanium mesh is anchored to the ribs and pectoral muscles.

According to Dr. Saylan’s website, “An internal support will maintain an ideal postoperative breast shape and anterior projection which also permits a long lasting support and projection of the breast by counteracting gravity….The effect is claimed to be instant, youthful-looking breasts with invisible lift.”

It’s been speculation for awhile now, but many sites are claiming the procedure to be confirmed, although I have not seen a source yet.  So, I can not confirm that Paris Hilton has in fact had breast implants, although all of the photos I’ve seen certainly lean that way.

Either that or she has one hell of a push up bra.

According to CNN and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, “Nearly 11 million cosmetic plastic surgery operations were performed in the United States in 2006, up by 7 percent from 2005, the group said.

The most popular cosmetic choice was breast augmentation, with 329,000 reported in 2006. This is the first time “breast jobs” have passed nose reshaping surgery, performed on 307,000 people in 2006.

Liposuction followed in a close third place, with 302,000 procedures.”

Surprising?  Not at all.  It has become common for a woman to have breast implants or a lift procedure.  I only expect this number to increase over the next few years as the industry evolves, procedures are improved, and costs are reduced.
