One of the goals of many women is to have a breast augmentation procedure and get bigger breasts, but keep it inconspicuous. Why make things so painfully obvious?

In the picture below you can see her cleavage, but there is no hiding the fact that Michelle has fake breasts. The skin look stretched and ultra tight due to the large breast implants.
