Can anyone really deny the fact that Ashlee Simpson had a nose job? The before & after pics shown above clearly illustrate the dramatic differences between the two noses.
In the past when asked about the widespread speculation of the rhinoplasty, the 22-year-old singer giggled and told the Associated Press “Everybody’s already saying it, so I just don’t talk about it. I’m like, okay, whatever. It doesn’t bother me.” Father Joe Simpson, who also manages her singing career, said Ashlee underwent rhinoplasty purely for health reasons. He told Us Weekly magazine: “Girls have their own ideas. Anyway, there was a real problem with her breathing and that was cured.”

Ashley Tisdale admitted to having a nose job on Friday in Los Angeles. As is the story with other celebrities like Jennifer Anniston, Tisdale says she had the rhinoplasty because of a “deviated septum” and not because she wanted a nose job.
“Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing,” Tisdale told People Magazine. “The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose.”

A recent article at Canada.com discusses a new technique for reshaping a patient’se nose without the traditional painful and intensive nose job surgery.
It’s being called the “five-minute nose job” which uses fillers like Restylane or Juvederm promising instant results, without the swelling, bruising and pain of a traditional nose job surgery.
“Individuals seek me out because they don’t want surgery,” says Toronto surgeon Stephen Mulholland, who pioneered the procedure about five years ago and has since taught the practice to surgeons across North America. “They just don’t want the risk or the recovery or the stigma of surgery or the financial commitment.”
