The before and after pictures say quite a bit in this instance. When comparing pics of the famous movie star Halle Berry to her younger days it is evident that she’s had a nose job to thin and reshape her nose. In the photos of her as a young woman her nose was wider and the tip of her nose was much rounder.
This procedure, also called rhinoplasty, is a cosmetic procedure to repair or reshape the nose and is one of the most common of all plastic surgery procedures. In this procedure the nose is reshaped by resculpting the bone and cartilage in the nose.

Blake Lively, the actress from movies Accepted and Cloverfield as well as the hit TV show Gossip Girl, has reportedly had a nose job.
According to a source, Blake Lively had the nose job surgery after filming ended on Accepted in 2006. The source confirms that the California native underwent rhinoplasty and then signed on as a cast member, but that the two events were unrelated.
OK! magazine chatted with Lively at Chanel Fine Jewelry’s Night Of Diamonds in NYC, and asked her about it. She answered: “I don’t know. It’s the way you address any rumor. People want to talk. They want to create negative things about you and your life, make up things. You can’t look at it. You can’t let them affect you.”

Has a week gone by over the past two years when Britney Spears wasn’t in the news? Geez. Well, she’s back in the news again and this time it’s over some recent pics to hit the web of Spears with some over-inflated lips due to a lip augmentation from collagen injections or fillers.
This procedure creates fuller, more attractive lips by enlarging and reshaping the upper and lower lips. Collagen and fat are the most widely used substances for lip augmentation. Collagen injections last anywhere between one to six months, although in some people one implant may be sufficient for up to two years.

Rachael Ray, the celebrity cook and talk show host, was recently rumored to have an eyebrow lift, which is a form of plastic surgery to cosmetically correct sagging in the forehead skin, upper eyelids and eyebrows.
Any truth to it? Not a chance says Rachael.
“I really laughed at the one that said I had a brow lift,” Ray told US television show ‘Extra’.
“Do you really think if somebody gave me a week off I would spend it under a knife and if I was going to cut something off,” she tells Extra, “don’t you think it’d be my butt and not my forehead?”

If the pics above are any indication as to whether Halle Berry’s really had a breast augmentation we think the proof is in the pudding..as they say. But Halle has repeatedly denied the claims that her breasts aren’t real.
She was quoted as saying, “I’m not big on plastic surgery but I don’t fault it for someone who wants it,” she said. “You have to do what makes you feel good, but it’s not my thing.”
Halle Berry opened up to Reader’s Digest in their April 2007 issue, claiming she hasn’t had cosmetic surgery. But “never say never,” Berry said. Below are a few excerpts from the Reader’s Digest interview:
